ZiHERO is a mobile app that allows you to buy, sell, and barter goods and services with people nearby. Whether you're looking to declutter, make extra cash, or exchange items, ZiHERO connects you with your local community.

Simply download the app, create an account, and start browsing listings near you. You can list items for sale or barter, chat with other users, and arrange local pickups or trades.

Tap on any item you're interested in, then use the in-app chat to negotiate and arrange a deal with the seller. Payment and delivery/pickup details are handled directly between users.

Always meet in a public place and bring a friend when possible. Check seller reviews and use your best judgment before making any transactions.

Tap the “+” icon, add photos, a title, description, set a price or barter option, and publish your listing. It will instantly be visible to users nearby.

You can sell or barter most physical goods (clothing, electronics, furniture, etc.) and local services. Prohibited items include weapons, illegal substances, and counterfeit goods.

Bartering means trading things instead of using money. On ZiHERO, you can list your items for barter or offer a trade in the chat with other users. For example, if you want a shirt that costs around INR 500, you can offer a book of a similar value (within +/-10%). Just upload your item and send a request to the seller. If the seller likes your item and wants to trade, they will click ‘Show Interest’, and you’ll get a notification that your request is approved. You can then chat and meet to exchange items. If the seller clicks ‘Decline’, it means they are not interested, and you’ll be notified that your request was declined.

Yes! You can negotiate multi-item trades through the chat feature. It’s all about mutual agreement between you and the other user. If you are the seller, you will receive a notification. Just click on it to see the sender’s details and the product that they want to give you in exchange. If you are not interested in it, you can just click on ‘Decline’. If you are interested, just click ‘Show interest’. The chat button then gets activated, and the sender receives a message. You can then chat and discuss where to meet and exchange products.

Always communicate through the app and avoid sending money or personal details outside of ZiHERO. Chat within the chat section of ZiHERO only, and try to avoid sharing personal contacts. You can share your contact information at your own risk.

Report the user directly in the app using the “Report” button on their profile or chat. Our support team will review the issue and take the necessary action.

Yes! ZiHERO is available for free download and use. Optional premium features may be introduced in the future to enhance visibility or provide exclusive perks.

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Keep in mind that this action is permanent and will remove your listings, chats, and profile.

If logged out, you can go to the 'You' section and Login again. If the issue continues to persist then try updating the app or restarting your device. If the problem continues, contact our support team via the “Contact Us” section in the app or our website www.zironetsolutions.com.

Your products get visible all over the country the moment you upload them. When other users get interested in buying or bartering with them, you will immediately receive a message. It’s always best to upload nice images from all directions so that buyers can see the product and show interest. 

Your products can be seen when you click on ‘My List’ in the footer.

Click on ‘My List’ on the footer. Click on the on the right side. For ‘Sell’, it displays all requests received, declined, chat pending, and approved. Similarly, for ‘Barter’ & ‘Give Free’, when you click on them and check their filter.

When a barter exchange is finished, the seller can click on ‘Exchange Done’. This removes the product from the list so that no one else can request it again. After that, the chat becomes inactive to maintain safety and simplicity. If users wish to communicate again, they can opt to share their contact details at their own risk. If the seller is selling the product instead of bartering, they can click on ‘Payment Received’. In this case, the product is also removed, but the chat remains active in case they want to discuss further later.

The 'Refer a Friend' program is ZiHERO’s way of saying thank you for spreading the word. When you invite friends or family to join ZiHERO using your unique referral code—found in the YOU section of your account—you earn 1 Product Exchange Point (PEP) for each successful sign-up. PEPs are rewards you can use to unlock free secondhand or new products from other users on the platform. The more PEPs you collect, the higher the value of products you can claim: 1 PEP unlocks products worth up to ₹2,500, 2 PEPs up to ₹5,000, and so on, up to 7 PEPs which can unlock products worth up to ₹25,000. To refer someone, simply go to the YOU section, find your referral code, and share it with friends or family. Once they register using your code, your PEP will be credited. To claim a product, head to the Product Overview under the YOU section, browse available products that match your PEP level, and send a request. Once approved, you can chat with the product owner to arrange collection or delivery. ZiHERO is a 100% commission-free platform, meaning no fees are involved—products are exchanged completely free between users. The idea behind the referral program is rooted in community sharing, helping people connect and share items they no longer need, reducing waste and saving money. By participating, you not only earn free products but also help friends discover a useful platform and contribute to a more sustainable way of living.
